Moving Day

It's official - the halau is moving upstream this Sunday, November 14!

Uncle Sam wants us to be ready to move the equipment at 11am. This is for everyone! - teens, 1-man, recreation, and competition paddlers!

And so we're still on for paddling 9 am Sunday morning!   We'll get back @ 10:30, time for coffee and a bite before we start working.

The forecast is for blue skies, light 7-knot east winds, and an east wind-swell at 2.2 meters with a 9 second period (i.e. 9 seconds between crests).  My guess is that it will be smooth paddling, at least as long as we stay in the lee of Diamond Head, but that it'll get pretty choppy past the windsock & we probably won't go beyond it. That's just a prediction though ... we'll see!

See you Sunday,

ciao
MC
